Weekly Update Snapshot Proposal Result Our 1st Governance Proposal has officially concluded. Quorum was reached and surpassed by 800K $THOL, with total votes amounting to 1.3M $THOL. The decision made by the community was to: “The vote proposes a 50-50 split of the 150 ETH, where 50% will be used to pay for the listing fee on a centralized exchange, and the remaining 50% will be used as additional liquidity that will be added to the Uniswap liquidity pool (THOL / ETH) without price range concentration.” Starting next week, and after finalizing a few more details, we will share more information regarding the CEX listing. Good afternoon to all. As you know, we take our community suggestions and feedback seriously, and we deeply appreciate all the support and encouragement you have shown us so far. Over the last few days, and specifically, after the first unlock of the private sale round that happened on Thursday, there have been multiple questions and concerns about what has been done with the liquidity trapped on the first day of our IDO and about our first CEX listing. Even though we have addressed all questions both now and during the first few days after our IDO, we believe it's important for everyone to be heard and have a say on this matter. So, as shared by @Alex_Strz on Saturday in our Telegram chat, we will be submitting our first snapshot proposal to all THOL holders, so everyone will be able to vote on how we are going to move forward. Specifics of the proposal: In this governance proposal on Snapshot, you will be able to vote and determine the fate of trapped liquidity from front-running bots from day 1 of IDO, and also vote for our first CEX listing. The liquidity in question is currently 150 ETH. The vote proposes: - a 50-50 split of the 150 ETH, where 50% will be used to pay for the listing fee on a centralized exchange - The remaining 50% will be used as additional liquidity that will be added to the Uniswap liquidity pool (THOL / ETH) without price range concentration. Details -The vote will run for 3 days. -Vote YES if you agree with the above proposal. -Vote NO if you do not agree or wish the split of liquidity to be different, or prefer the liquidity to have price range concentration. -Minimum amount of $THOL is set to: 1000 $THOL. -Passing decision: Total votes amounting to at least 500K $THOL at the end of the vote. ( edit: changed the wording in the annoucement saying that we needed 500k THOL or 3 days voting and whatever came first) If the proposal goes through, that's what we will do. Otherwise, another proposal with different outcomes and/or capital splits will be proposed until we decide as a community what the next best move is. Other Updates Coming: We're currently focused on pushing out the Staking functionality, which will be available in mid-April and should coincide with the functionality of using THOL to pay gas fees on the protocol. We want to push out these two features before moving forward with any raises. On an interesting note, staking is 99% complete on our side, with a few tests and final algorithms still being fine-tuned. However, our audit partner Hacken needs a couple of weeks to ensure the contracts are bulletproof. THOL staking will be launching together with NFT staking. NFT staking will be a requirement in order to join AngelBlockDAO and later onboard as a validator. We are keen to hear your thoughts and feedback. A special channel for snapshot proposal discussions has also been created in our Discord. Link to the vote will be provided once it’s up & ready.

current plan: we recently added 20 ETH liquidity at current prices points. Early next week we will be submitting a snapshot proposal to all THOL holders (we want to exclude those that dumped the entire unlock yesterday). The governance proposal on Snapshot you will be able to vote for will determine the fate of trapped liquidity from frontrunning bots from day 1 of IDO. We want to propose using 50-60% of the liquidity to be re-introduced into the pool, and the remaining liquidity to be used for a CEX listing. If the proposal goes through, that's what we will do. Otherwise another proposal with different outcomes and/or capital splits will be proposed until we decide as a community what the next best move is.

Let me also help to address couple things: 1. it was already explained once what are our addresses and liquidity pools we use, it is all public and verifiable on Etherscan (and you are welcome to verify it on your own) 2. it was pump and dump protection during TGE that we used to filter out bots and people buying token before official announcement (liquidity multisig is part of our official addresses available for public verification) 3. liquidity was resupplied on regular basis over last weeks via Uni V3 concentrated liquidity to support given price ranges 4. we expected that 25% of all private sale tokens released after 1 month might cause havoc on LP 5. we attempted to prepare as best liquidity layers for some predicted traffic from VCs that might wanted to liquidate 6. yes, they sold much more than we anticipated, causing depletion of majority of currently supplied ETH liqudity (truth is that without price concentration dump could be much more severe - like during TGE day) 7. we still have supplied liquidity, but price diving to bottom escaped our concentrated price ranges 8. we still have strong budget of ETH that we anticipate to resupply and rebuild stability of Liquidity Pool 9. we might eventually reconfigure pool to include 100% of ETH in treasury, but that would be advised after gaining some stability of holders (ridding out of people strictly interested in dumping)
